Stéphane Cohen is Head of the OSINT Department at INSS. A fourth-generation military officer, he served 12 years in the IAF and IDF Northern Command, including as a liaison to UN forces in Syria, Lebanon, and Israel. He is a recipient of the President’s Award for Outstanding Service, the IAF Excellency Decoration, and the Second Lebanon War campaign ribbon.
